Choose an "Amazon Order Source" from the drop-down menu for the Amazon country account you want to connect

If you do not see your Amazon country listed in the drop-down menu, ShipStation does not support it

Choose the "Product Identifier" for the store

Click "Connect" and sign in to your Amazon account

Check the box next to "I direct Amazon to provide ShipStation access to my Selling Partner account and related data. I am responsible for any actions taken by the application" then click "Confirm"

Adjust any store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling on the "Settings" page

If your Amazon account includes multiple Amazon Order Sources, you’ll need to repeat the connection process for each one you want to integrate with ShipStation. Orders will be imported into their respective stores, allowing you to filter and fulfill them according to your workflow preferences.

Once the connection steps are complete, the store's Settings page will appear. Here, you can customize store-specific options, such as branding and customer notifications. If no adjustments are needed, simply click Save to close the page.
