Creating a Product Listing for Shopify

  1. Start from the Home Screen: Once you're logged into Shopify, look for "Products" on the left-hand side. Go ahead and click on that!

  2. Add Your Product: Now, in the top right corner, you'll see a button that says "Add Product." Give it a click to start creating your listing.

  3. Title and Description: Time to get creative! Write a catchy title and a detailed description for your product. If you’re feeling stuck, you can use ChatGPT to brainstorm some ideas!

  4. Upload Photos: Now, let's make your product shine! Upload clear, crisp photos that show off your item from different angles. Great visuals can really help grab a buyer's attention.

  5. Set Price and SKU: Next, it’s time to price your product. Think about what you want to charge and enter it here. Don’t forget to create a descriptive SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) to help you keep track of your inventory!

  6. Edit Shipping Locations: Scroll down to the location settings. Make sure you select only the Slant 3D Print Farm as your shipping location. This step is important to ensure your products ship correctly.

  7. Double-Check Everything: Before you hit save, take a moment to review all the fields. Make sure everything looks good, and a quick spell check never hurts!

  8. Save Your Listing: Finally, head to the bottom of the page and click “Save.” Congratulations! You just created your first Shopify product.
