ShipStation, Connect Your Carrier Accounts
ShipStation offers several options for connecting with a postage provider, enabling you to start creating shipping labels. You can easily use ShipStation's built-in carriers by entering your preferred payment method. Additionally, you have the option to link your existing accounts for any carrier that ShipStation integrates with.
While logged into ShipStation, go to "Account Settings"
Select "Shipping" then choose "Carriers" from the sidebar
Click the "Your Carrier Accounts" tab
Click the "Add Carrier" button
Select the provider you'd like to add from the list
Fill in all the requested information, then click "Connect"
🇺🇸 🇨🇦 Accounts Based in the US and Canada:
If you have your own carrier accounts, you can connect them in your account settings. Please note that subscription plans other than the High Volume plan require the Your Carriers add-on to connect your accounts. However, Stamps.com and Endicia accounts do not need the Your Carriers add-on.
For US and Canada-based accounts on the High Volume plan, the Your Carriers add-on is included at no extra cost. Keep in mind that all shipments created using your own carrier accounts (instead of ShipStation's built-in carriers) will incur a per-shipment fee, which will be billed to your account monthly.
🇬🇧 🇦🇺 🇳🇿 🇫🇷 🇩🇪 Accounts in Other Countries:
For accounts based in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, France, and Germany, you can also connect your own carrier accounts in the account settings. Please be aware that any shipments created in ShipStation that are not shipped using a ShipStation Carrier will incur a per-shipment fee, which may vary depending on your account's subscription plan at the time.
