No. A great benefit of the plugin is that you do not need to be in the USA to sell items in the USA. Just create a great store and we can ship to you customer in the country.

What is the Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at the time of shipping. In general you can you estimate shipping to be $5 for anything under 1LB and $11 for anything over 1 LB. But this does vary based on object and distance

Do I Need to Create a new Listing
No you do not. If you are trying to create versions for you to print and version for use to print you can just create another SKU in the same listing that the customer can select. That way you don't lose traffic to your existing listings.
