What file types can be uploaded to Teleport?
We currently only support STL files for upload.
Can you order samples before going live?
Yes, Teleport features a Prototyper tab inside your Admin Dashboard. You can prototype any of your uploaded models in order to test printability and verify quality.
How fast do we ship orders?
Most orders ship in 2–3 business days and we are working hard to get that down to under 2 days. However times of high-demand may cause times to increase temporarily. We use fast, low-cost U.S. shipping options like UPS Ground and Priority Mail.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we support international fulfillment, letting you reach a global audience.
How do we handle quality control?
Every part goes through 3 QC checkpoints before leaving our print farms. Once when the part is pulled from the printer, once at post-processing, and once before the order is packed.
Do we support multicolor printing?
We do not offer multicolor printing within the same part. However, we do support multi-part listings, so you can link multiple STL files (of any color) to one product.
What is the build volume of our machines?
