In short, Portals allows you to create instant product listings that you can share with a link. Teleport allows you to connect an existing e-commerce store (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, etc.) to automate incoming orders.

Teleport and Portals are totally free to start and use. However, you can get additional features and materials with a premium subscription.

We currently only support STL files for upload.

Absolutely, you always retain full ownership and rights to your designs. We only produce them when ordered. For more information, check out our Privacy Policy.

Each file is instantly quoted after uploading, based on size and complexity. This determines CostToPrint

Shipping is calculated after an order is placed, based on weight and destination. This determines CostToShip

CostToPrint + CostToShip = TotalFulfillmentCost

Yes, Teleport features a Prototyper tab inside your Admin Dashboard. You can prototype any of your uploaded models in order to test printability and verify quality.

We currently don't support custom boxes. But with the premium plan, you can upload a PNG that we will print as a 4x6 custom insert and include in every order. Learn more here
