During peak periods, like the holidays, it can extend to 5 business days—but rest assured, we’re still quicker than most! With low-cost shipping options like UPS Ground and Priority Mail, you’re looking at your product being at your customer's doorstep within a week.
Multi-Part Products? No Problem!
Our latest update to the Teleport app allows you to combine multiple files into a single product. Whether you're selling a lamp with a separately printed base and shade or a product with multiple components, we’ve got you covered. This feature provides more flexibility and allows for multi-colored, multi-part products without the need for combining STL files—ultimately ensuring higher quality prints.
International Shipping? Absolutely!
We proudly offer international shipping, with most deliveries averaging $20 to $25. Customers need to be aware of potential VAT taxes and import fees, but we make the shipping process as smooth as possible so your products can reach a global audience.
How Does Pricing Work?
Pricing is transparent and simple: upload your 3D model, and you'll receive an instant quote for printing. The printing cost includes everything from transforming your design into a physical product to boxing it up. Shipping is calculated separately at the time of dispatch, depending on the destination.

Currently, you can't modify print settings directly. However, our default settings are optimized for both quality and efficiency, with a layer height of 0.2 mm and 25% infill—perfect for most products. We use our internally developed 3D printers, comparable to the quality of industry favorites like Prusa or Bamboo Lab, to ensure your prints are top-notch.
