When setting up your Etsy Store or Shopify it is good to put in a return policy. This proves to customers that they have a way to deal with damaged shipments or defective goods.


Using Teleport makes it very easy. We have an unlimited Return/Refund Policy. If an item is lost in shipping or the customer does not like it you can immediately get a refund for it. So you can send a refund to the customer.


How this works

  • Customer Requests a Refund.

  • You (the seller) cancel the Item in Teleport

  • You refund the customer

  • Good to go.


The customer does not need to ship the item back. That would cause excessive emissions and cost to the seller and the customer. Using 3D Printing it is just more sustainable if the customer keeps the item or gifts it to someone else rather than return it.
