I wish this could be better news. But we only recently learned that Shipstation will require at least the minimum Subscription for any account to continue using the API. This post is going to run through the explanation and some solutions that we are working on.
Starting on January 21st Shipstation will begin to require paid accounts. The minimum cost of these accounts is $10 USD (In the US, other territories may vary)
We are very sorry for this trouble guys. When we partnered with shipstation we had checked and tested for this scenario and were given no information by shipstation that this would occur.
We have updated all of our materail to reflest this.
At this moment everyone will receive 60 days of shipstation free but then you will be required to purchase the regular $10 monthly subscription to to. Teleport will continue to retain its free tier to make sure there is no such disruption on it side.

We would also like to reiterate that you only need the lowest Tier of shipstation. At this moment number of shipments is irrelevant because we do not ship through your account. Shipstation is the partner we use to easily connect with all ecommerce platforms.
We are working with the shipstation team address this issue and either make the subscription part of our payment structure, eliminate it entirely, as well has make the signup more seemless so you that you do not have to engage with shipstation.
Again, guys we are very sorry about this. When working with an platform there is some degree of lack of control. The best we can do it adjust to how other platforms change and do out best not to behave like them on Teleport.
