Troubleshooting The Teleport Connection To Your Etsy Store

Hey There


So if you have Teleport setup and you have an order in your Etsy Store that doesn't appear in Teleport, this should help you.


A couple of things can cause this problem

  • General Connection Issues (pretty easy to fix)

  • Verification with your shipping provider or payments provider (more ghostly)

General Connection issues.


Have you completed the items below

  1. Connect Shippo to Teleport (Occurs during onboarding)

    1. You can verify this connection in your User Page (The little guy on the left then scroll down to Shippo)

  2. Connect your Etsy Store to Shippo

    1. Click on the Settings icon

    2. Visit the Stores tab

    3. Click on or search for your e-commerce store

    4. On the Connect store page, enter your store credentials

    5. Click the Continue button


If both of those things are completed then you know the connection is good. At this point you should have order appearing inside of Teleport


But you might run into other problems.



Order Does Not Submit

  • Make sure you have completed Identity Verification on Shippo (This is in your User Profile page on Teleport. Or inside of your Shippo Account)

  • If ID verification went through and 24 hours has passed. Contact Shippo support if you still cannot submit an order.
